How does the reservation process work? :
At Jumpnride we put customer service highest second only to safety. The first thing you will notice when you call into our offices are our highly friendly and helpful schedulers. Our Schedulers will help you from the very beginning by walking you through each unit that you are interested in to make sure that you find the right jumper/slide fit for your party. From there they will help you set up your delivery time. Throwing a birthday party can be stressful and our schedulers are there to make sure that the process of renting from us makes things easier not harder!!We are all about making it as easy as possible for you!!!!!
Once you have found the right inflatable and other rental equipment for your party, our scheduler will email you a liability waiver and a credit card authorization form for a deposit to reserve your date. After we receive your signed contracts you will then be locked into our reservation system and your date will be secure! 

How does payment work?
At the time of your initial reservation you will  be required to put 50$ down for a deposit with a credit card. The balance will be DUE at the time of delivery. We do not accept personal checks. You may pay by cash or credit card at the time of your delivery. If you choose to use a credit or debit card you will be charged a $3 dollar fee.

Rain cancellation policy:
IF Bad weather is in the forecast, you will be given the option to cancel within 24 hours of your event.   If you decide to take a chance and you do have us deliver to your party and you end up getting rained on or have to cancel due to extreme weather conditions such as wind there are no refunds and you will be charged the full amount. Please know that we do not wish to add more bad news to your rained out party if this were to happen, however please keep in mind that the amount of time and money it takes to clean, load, travel/gas, and costs to pay a driver to deliver to your event is a substantial expense to us. Will the delivery be made at the exact time requested? :
we always try to get to your party 1 hour before your party start time, However there are times when our delivery routes are delayed or unforeseen accidents such as a flat tire or vehicle malfunction can cause us to be late. We have an excellent record for being on time, however we ask that you are willing to allow 30 to 60 minutes leeway for the delivery and pick up times.

How do I have a jumper in a Park?
First you will need to call the city and obtain a permit to have a jumper in a park. Ask them if they have electricity that you can use for the inflatable jumper. If they do not you will need a generator for electricity to power the jumper. We rent generators if the city park does not provide electrical outlets. If the park is in a HoA check with the Hoa before having us set up a jumper in your neighborhood park.

Do I need to do anything for delivery to my house?
Please make sure to inform us if there are any major obstructions in the pathway of our delivery of your equipment. Things like narrow gateways,stairs, rocks, trash cans, vehicles, etc..that may cause difficulty to deliver your party equipment may be subject to additional delivery fees. We use large dollies to transport our inflatables and ask that you clear the pathway for us before we arrive. The area for a jumper is preferably grass but we can set up on concrete or asphalt if need be. There can be no holes in the ground, sprinklers, or sharp objects underneath the jumper. Please pick up after your dog before we arrive. Most importantly, please make sure that you check with us about the jumpers' dimensions. We require you to measure your width,length and height of your area before we come out to deliver. If your yard or gate is to small for us to set up you may be charged 50% of the rental price so please make sure to measure first!!

Do you offer Military discounts?
Yes we offer 10 % off all rental items for Military families. In some cases we can also cut delivery and set up charges by 50% depending on where the party is located in conjunction with 92024.

What do we do at the end of the party?

Please do not shut off the inflatables blower or electricity. Damage may result if the jumper falls down and tears on a tree or structure. Please do not take down tents or move things like pop corn machines damage may occur. Our delivery personal will take care of everything for you. If you are doing an overnight all weekend rental you can call us and we will walk you through the process of shutting everything down and properly storing certain equipment. In an all weekend rental you would not be required to move the inflatable anywhere. We do ask however that you please turn your sprinklers off and keep your Dogs and pets from marking their territory on our brand new ultra clean and sanitized Jumpers!!!!
